Who ever thought that we would be talking about an epidemic of beheading early in the 21st century?Unfortunately, it appears that beheading is making a huge comeback and has become a favorite form of execution all over the world. Recently we have seen brutal beheadings in the Middle East, in Mexico, in Africa, in India and even in the United States. So what is next? Will guillotines make a comeback? This was a really difficult article to write. If you have a weak stomach you might not want to read it. I thought about not writing it, but I think it is important to expose what is really going on out there.Sometimes it is really easy to sit in our comfortable homes surrounded by people that we love and ignore the terrible evil that is happening out in our world today. Our planet is not a very nice place and tyranny is gaining more ground with each passing day. You might think that this is something that happens "on the other side of the world" and that you do not need to worry about it, but as tyranny spreads so will this kind of brutality. The following are 11 examples that show that beheading has become a favorite form of execution all over the world....
Rather, the goal is to get everyone to realize that large numbers of people are being brutally slaughtered all over the globe. Very often, they are being slaughtered because of what they believe.
Of the central core of ideas from socialism and Marxism, none is more important than erecting a government to operate as a kind of default god. While this could seem an accidental effect of Marxism’s war against religion, a better informed explanation reveals the real purpose of leftism as waging the war against, and murder of God, Himself. After God is removed from the scene, imposition of a humanistic cult allows mankind to pursue all his desires unfettered.More importantly—it erases the history of man’s sins against God. This overwhelming need of unregenerate man was one of the key insights of Eric Voegelin in his epic Modernity Without Restraint: The Political Religions, The New Science of Politics, and Science, Politics, and Gnosticism. Therefore, the two essential worldviews of the modern era are posited against each other in this article—Marxism and its ilk versus the biblical view of the cosmos, against a backdrop of the classical worlds of Greece and Rome, where modernism takes its theory of government and man
In the classical pagan world, government was the preeminent organization of society without parallel. Since there was no Bill of Rights, people had no defenses against the state. The notion of God-given personal, natural rights as contemplated by church thinkers, like Ockham and Aquinas, would have been seen absurd, if not unintelligible. For example, if warfare broke out, and the state demanded more wealth to wage war, for the citizen to refuse would be tantamount to treason. There was no absolute right to private property.Within this context, the government operated as a de facto God because there was no theory or body to oppose it. Both Greece and Rome had representational, democratic assemblies, but the powers of these bodies were controlled by the elites. Further, there was no argument regarding whether the state or church should be preeminent since church didn’t exist.Marx did get his idea of government as God from Hegel who borrowed it from the atheist Jewish philosopher Spinoza. He taught no God existed, but to the extent the divine was present He expressed himself through government. It is a simple fact that no leftism, whether Marxism, socialism, or any other garden variety liberalism, contains the seeds of human liberty. Whether by genius or luck, it is the biblical theory of government which carries the potential to defend men and women from unjust state actions.
For these reasons alone, it is crucial modern man does not abandon the West’s unique perspective on government and accept leftism’s pagan practices. These afford no people anywhere real safety from mindless tyrants. Instead we are at risk from bombastic, bureaucratic simpletons, drunk in their cruel quest for power, who move as zombie-like followers of their long-dead, failed general—Karl Marx.
All over the country, thousands upon thousands of surveillance cameras watch our highways and automated license plate readers are actually being used to track vehicle movements in some of our largest cities. Many state and local governments have come to view our highways as money machines and our control freak politicians have established a vast network of toll booths, red light cameras and speed traps to keep cash endlessly pouring in. If all of that wasn't enough, TSA "VIPR teams" are now hitting the interstates and conducting thousands of "unannounced security screenings" each year. Driving on the highways of America used to be a great joy, but now "Big Brother" is rapidly sucking all of the fun out of it. Eventually, it may get to the point where Americans simply dread having to go out on the highway.

Are you starting to see what I am talking about?
All of this "security" is becoming extremely oppressive.
We don't need "Big Brother" constantly watching us, tracking us and fining us on our highways.
So do you have any examples of how the highways of America are being transformed into a high tech prison grid to add to the list above?
For several decades, the state of California has ignored all calls to fiscal responsibility. Instead, its voters have elected big-spending liberal after big-spending liberal to the state legislature. Even now, Gov. Brown enjoys an approval rating of approximately 43 percent, and a huge majority of California voters support Brown's proposed massive tax hikes. But the state's economy is upside-down.
Businesses have been fleeing in droves. There's nobody left to pay the taxes anymore. And so California is left in a peculiar political situation: The folks who elect politicians aren't the folks who pay the taxes. And the folks who pay the taxes will soon be headed to Texas. What happens when a bankrupt state tries to hand out nonexistent money from absent taxpayers?
Utter chaos.
We've already seen what happens when major American cities such as Detroit collapse. The earners take off; the moochers stay and vote themselves benefits. With a smaller and smaller group of people paying for those benefits, the burden becomes too much to bear; soon, there's no money left at all. The city dies.
California is dying. Even Democrats recognize it, which is why they're trying European-style, tepid austerity measures. And yet, on a national level, Democrats continue to lie to the American public. They suggest that if the federal government pursues the same policies that got California into this mess — all the way down to California's new $68 billion idiotic high- speed rail — the country will somehow perform precisely contrary to California.President Obama and his Democratic cronies now want to follow California's lead. The rest of the country, however, can look at California and see a domestic Greece at hand. A few more states like it and there won't be anyone left to pay the freight. The United States becomes the European Union.
The mainstream news just seems to get sillier and shallower with each passing day. Our world is becoming incredibly unstable, corruption is everywhere, we are on the verge of another massive economic crisis, government debt is absolutely exploding, war could erupt in the Middle East at any time and signs of deep social decay are everywhere and yet the mainstream media seems absolutely obsessed with reporting on celebrities and scandals. It would be nice if the mainstream media would do a lot more true investigative reporting and would actually try to answer some of the difficult questions that we are being faced with.
Is the financial crisis in Europe ultimately going to result in the creation of a new "European superstate" dominated by Germany? Why is the EPA now using drones to spy on farmers in Nebraska and Iowa? Are we on the verge of seeing World War III erupt in the Middle East? Why are "pre-crime" cameras being installed in mass transit locations all over the United States? Why does the United Nations want to govern the Internet? Why is the U.S. military developing a plan to implant microchips into our soldiers? Why are some schools in Texas planning to use RFID tracking chips to monitor the movement of their students?
In ascertaining the general hierarchy of sins, a good point of reference is the Ten Commandments. While the Decalogue is notall-inclusive, God dictated these specific directives to Moses as the basis upon which His people should live. Among the ten is the command not to covet: "You shall not covet ... anything that belongs to your neighbor" (Ex. 20:17 [NIV]).But the desire for power is always at the expense of others because the goal is to have control over others. There is a big difference between wanting to spend one's own money and seeking the authority to tell others how they should spend theirs.Real trouble begins when those who crave power gain it by manipulating resentments. It is where greed meets envy -- the structural foundation of the political left. When stripped of its many pretenses, the political left's objective is control. It goes about trying to gain that control using a very simple formula: creating an enemy, and creating resentment in as many people as possible against that created enemy. It seeks to exploit envy to satiate its greed for power and never lets a crisis (real or imagined) go to waste.God commanded His people not to envy their neighbors. The breaking of this commandment leads to disaster. Envy is self-destructive, and when coupled with the greed for power, it can destroy nations. Yet the left relies upon envy for its power. "They covet fields and seize them, and houses, and take them. They defraud a man of his home, a fellowman of his inheritance" (Micah 2:2 [NIV]).
Many Greeks are emptying their bank accounts out of fear that the country may return to the drachma. But most of the money is not going abroad. Instead, individuals are storing cash in safe deposit boxes or at home -- leading to an increase in burglaries.
Moscow is using the time up until Russian President Vladimir Putin faces US President Barack Obama across the G20 conference table in Los Cabos, Mexico Sunday, June 17 - or in its corridors - to ship sophisticated arms to Syria able to prevent a no-fly zone and a fleet of warships to the Mediterranean port of Tartus.Russia is, in a word, supplying Bashar Assad, his regime and his army, with the very weapons they may need for warding off Western and Arab air efforts to impose a no-fly zone over Syria, while at the same time enabling him to repel seaborne assaults by his foes from the Mediterranean. The Russians are not trying to conceal their military intervention in Syria in support of the Assad regime.
Meanwhile, amateur video posted on the Internet Saturday showed more violence, including what appeared to be evidence of heavy fighting in a suburb of the capital of Damascus and heavy shelling in the central province of Homs. The decision to suspend observer operations leaves questions about what happens next. In Washington Saturday, a White House spokesman said the United States was consulting international partners on the "next steps."
Russia is sending armed troops to Syria amid escalating violence there, United States military officials told NBC News Friday, in a move certain to frustrate Western efforts to put pressure on the regime of President Bashir Assad.Moscow has sent a ship carrying a small contingent of combat forces to guard Russia’s deep-water port and military base at the Syrian city of Tartus, the US officials said.Tartus is one of Russia’s most strategically-important assets, giving it military access to the Mediterranean Sea.Russia delivered three different missile systems including Bastion anti-ship missile units and another anti-aircraft system to Syria last year.
At least two ships carrying Russian weapons have reportedly travelled to Syria since the beginning of the year
The approach to Middle East negotiations generally adopted by the international community bears its own seeds of failure. As a general principle, the party less interested in reaching a negotiated solution is given almost unfettered rein to impose stringent -- often unreasonable -- conditions before it will even begin to consider dialogue. Conversely, the party more willing to compromise in order to reach an agreement is expected to comply with the preconditions simply to get talks started. This stacks the deck in favor of the more intransigent party. As an example of this development, the Palestinian Authority has set explicit preconditions on its willingness to enter into discussions with Israel. Among others, these conditions include cessation of all Israeli construction in the disputed territories and recognition of the 1948 armistice lines as the basis for the borders of an eventual Palestinian state. The U.S. and the EU accept the PA's refusal to come to the bargaining table until these preconditions are met, and they pressure Israel to accede to the PA's demands. But the same countries that expect Israel to make these painful concessions to the PA have acted very differently regarding negotiations with Iran.
We can learn a very important lesson by comparing these two cases: the strength of a party's demand for preconditions is inversely proportional to that country's desire to reach an agreement. The PA and Iran feel that time is on their side. The PA has no great desire to compromise with Israel in order to create a Palestinian state, so the Palestinians have no need to enter into talks until Israel gives them everything they want from the outset. Iran has taken a parallel position, asserting that the "only path" for negotiations to progress is for the P5+1 to accept Iranian demands.
In his new book, Implosion: Can America Recover from its Economic & Spiritual Challenges in Time? (Tyndale House Publishers),Rosenberg explores the question a growing number of politicians, academics, authors and others are asking about the future of the United States.
“My concern is we are experiencing an epic failure of leadership at almost every level of American society right now,” Rosenberg told WND. “Something has gone terribly wrong with the American experiment. Our families are imploding, our national debt is exploding, experts on the left and right are warning us that we need to change our direction because we’re on an unsustainable trajectory economically, socially and culturally.
In “Implosion,” Rosenberg outlines the reasons why the U.S. faces a real and growing risk of collapse.
