Kurdish Fighters Are Killing Islamic State Fighters By The 'Truckload'

Grim work: The men's bodies were piled onto a pickup truck by Kurdish Peshmerga forces today

Daily Mail: Bodies of ISIS terrorists piled onto pickup truck after more than 60 are killed in battles with Kurdish fighters in northern Iraq

* Fierce fighting broke out last night near Iraqi village of Sultan Abdullah
* Kurdistan Democratic Party said there were at least 60 bodies by today
* Images appeared to show dead Islamists being piled on back of trucks
* Assault came after plans revealed for 25,000-troop recapture of Mosul
* City in northern Iraq was seized by ISIS terrorists in June last year

WNU Editor: To me this is evidence that the war against the Islamic State is becoming very intense and definitely very bloody.

Update: This former British soldier is not impressed with the fighters of the Islamic State .... British soldier who fought alongside Kurdish militants says ISIS are a bunch of disorganised office workers who are high on drugs because they are so terrified (Daily Mail).

Kurdish Fighters Paraded In Cages By The Islamic State In Kirkuk

Daily Mail: Twisted new ISIS video shows 'Kurdish Peshmerga' fighters paraded in cages through the streets and interviewed by their captors who hint heavily that death awaits

* Nine-minute video shows 21 Kurdish fighters paraded through Iraqi streets
* It echoes video released recently of a similar procession of prisoners
* But in an abhorrent twist, the prisoners are then interviewed on camera
* Then dragged from cages and forced to kneel in front of menacing militants
* Ends with a haunting shot of an elderly man's face, before cutting to black

WNU Editor: I suspect that these Kurdish fighters are already dead.
